About this Program

Join us in our continuation of the Journalling the Seerah program as we continue to explore the Seerah through a different lens—one that centers the stories and values of the female companions of the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him). We will explore a thematic approach of the Seerah to reflect on the character, resilience, and strength of the women who played pivotal roles in early Islam. Through guided journalling and meaningful reflection, participants will explore timeless themes such as compassion, conviction, patience, and courage—finding inspiration in their lives and drawing connections to their own lived experiences.
